Is anyone else having a nightmare experience with Native Access 2?

I've followed every trouble shooting tip I can find. I've restarted everything multiple times, deleted things in my download folder, reset my modem and router, changed network settings, etc. to no avail. I've been attempting to have my new Komplete package install for the last 3 days with a super fast internet speed, and I have to keep coming back and babysitting everything.

Is anyone else having a terrible time with this? I'm on an M1, but still... I just don't see why this is happening.

    What exactly is the "nightmare experience"? What are you "babysitting"?

    I was able to download everything on the 27th without issue - but then I'm using Windows.

    Took me 7 tries and a lot of babysitting because the NA2 app broke if it lost server connection for even a moment, and I see both macOS and Windows users having them. One thing which might help is to not queue up so many downloads, or in other words, micro-manage AND babysit it.

    There is a version 2.6.2 do you use it?

    I use 2.6.2, and I've been able to install all of Komplete 14 with it.
