Controller's faders and gain is bypassed

I just did the latest update of traktor DJ pro 3.6.1.326. When I load a song, the controller's faders and gain is bypassed until I move them, then they work fine. but.... its when I load a song, I have to move the fader and gain to that channel, or else the track will bleed through...

Perhaps you have checked the boxes that should be left unchecked. (?)
