Komplete Kontrol presets don't load

Hey Peeps

All of a sudden my Komplete Kontrol will not load the presets from any instrument on double click nor the keyboard. Im on a mac using the Komplete Kontrol S25 w/ Logic.

I tried rescanning everything through the standalone, even deleting komplete kontrol and downloading it again

Doesn't work either in the stand alone.

I checked native access and the content location folders are correct.

help?

I am a Mac Pro (Late 2013), Mac OS Big Sur, Komplete 14 CE user. In Komplete 14 Control, some of my instruments did not appear on the list, so I ran them as above, and now all the lists are gone.

A new scan was carried out, but it did not actually appear on the control list. There is a problem that the Komplete 14 Kontrol cannot finally create a database.

Please Help Me.

I pressed the person symbol and all the presets appeared. I'm sorry, I'm ashamed of myself.☺️
