Just unboxed an S88 MK2.

1 - Do I have a dead [bottom A key] light?

2 - Is that normal guide light behavior when octave shifting?

Thank you.

Well, for question 2, without context, it's hard to say. At the maximum highest octave the last 5 notes don't have a blue light. That is when no instrument is loaded.

One thing you could do to confirm 100% is create a midi template in Komplete Kontrol and assign a color to that key, if it never appears then seems like a faulty led or a connection issue

@Boon Have you tried another USB cable ? The ultimate test is to check on a different computer. If the problem is exactly the same on this other computer then it's definitely a hardware failure. In this case, this is how to contact our Hardware Service: https://bit.ly/NISupport_Hardware

OK, thanks. That answers Question #1. Does that also answer Question #2? Thanks again.
