Does anyone know why I get this message (see attachment) and how I can prevent it pleaseeeeeeeee. It doesn't happen all the time but really annoying when it does.

You could try a batch and resave for the affected libraries: How to Resolve Issues with Missing Samples for a KONTAKT Library (Batch re-save)
Does that fix the issue?
Is this happening only in Studio One or also in standalone ? Are you running Studio One in Rosetta mode? Does it happen with any library ? Are your libraries installed on an external hard drive ? What format is that drive ?

It happens in Studio One and standalone.
I'm not using Rosetta as most of the software suppliers have updated there software to use on M1.
It happens with Mystica and some of the Ethera libraries.
I was using Mystica on an external drive but when I transferred it to my hard disk instead the same thing happened only quicker.
My external drive is a 2TB LaCie.
