Cannot transfer TRAKTOR PRO 3 license

Hello good afternoon, I have a problem. Until now I have worked with an s4 mk3, now I have bought an x1. The s4 license does let me transfer it, but the s4 pro 3 tractor license does NOT. Right now I have two active tractor pro 3 licenses (the s4 and the x1).

Whenever I start the tractor, it does so with the serial number of the s4, and I want to start with the serial number of the x1.

Can anybody help me? NI still hasn't replied to my email.

As far as I know, the X1 comes without a license, at least when I bought it.

Anyway, I believe traktor pro licenses are hardware independent.
