Routing sound on the KA6 mk2

Can I route the sound coming from my DJ equipment to input 3 & 4 to come out my main out 1 & 2 without having to open any program like I used to do on the Komplete Audio 6 mk1?

Unfortunately you can't do that, you'll need a DAW or an audio routing software like Loopback on Mac or Voicemeeter Banana on Windows.
