HELP! Bought a used Maschine + on Facebook :(

I bought my first Maschine product off Facebook marketplace recently without knowing about license transfers, pretty much my hardware is bricked until the holder responds to my customer service ticket and the person I bought it off of hasn't responded either. It was working fine until I reset the device to upload my info. NI Customer service isn't as helpful as I would have hoped so now I'm here wondering if anyone knows if there's any work arounds for this issue or am I screwed?

Hey @Furotti, the only way is to check directly with our support. They'll try to reach out to the previous owner for the License Transfer. Let us know how it goes!
