Hi

Logic finds kontakt 5 but not kontakt 6 (and nothing else that are new)

I have followed this guide, but it does not help.

My-Native-Instruments-Plug-in-Does-Not-Appear-In-Logic

Any advice are more than welcome!

    Found a solution!!!!!!!

Reset all Audio Units in Logic Pro and MainStage

    • Choose Logic Pro > Preferences > Plug-In Manager.
    • Click Full Audio Unit Reset. (NB! I just validated the ones that were missing)
    • Close Logic Pro, then reopen it. Logic Pro rescans all installed Audio Units plug-ins.
    • Check Logic Pro or MainStage to see if the plug-in is available.

    Have you rebooted your Mac?

Though Plug-in manager sees kontakt, I am not able to load it up when I go to the main recording window in logic. Already tried instaing kontakt 7 player, nothing works

It’s actually an instrument so this took me ages to find too.

Make a new software instrument track in Logic.

Click the instrument drop down menu > Select AU Instruments > Then Native instrument > Then Kontakt

This then opens Kontakt up for you to use plug ins like Glaze
