Annoying Reaktor pop-up while using a Windows touch screen

While operating Reaktor instruments using my touch screen (Windows) I struggle with a constant annoyance: if I rest my finger on any control for more than a moment, I get an annoying pop-up suggesting:

MIDI & OSC Learn

It behaves as if I right clicked a mouse. 999 touches out of 1000 I don't want to do either of these things. Can this pop-up be turned off? I can't find a way to do it.

Thanks, that looks like it will do the job. But I'd like to disable it for Reaktor only, if possible.

No, but you can stretch the Hold Time in the registry. As I unstand it.
