Any Good Tutorials/Advice re sertting up K6 and Cubase 12 in 5.1?

A bit at sea with this, things have changed since Kontakt 5 and Cubase10. I am now on K6 and Cubase 12. I dont see a "Kontakt Surround" VST any more

How do I set up outputs. the best Way?

Is it OK to simply load a stereo Konktakt into a Cubase 5.1 track and pan this way?

I know Kontakt has a Surround Panner, but so far have not been able to set up the channels

Not sure if this is what I am looking for. This article is for Kotakt 5, Kontakt 6 seems set up very differently. Also I am not using Racks - instrument tracks. I don't think I need individual channels for each poutput in Cubase, rather one output 5.1
