Edit the Release of sounds samples?

New Kontakt user ….when I play basses, I block the CC64 command and then adjust the release and attack times to get thme closer to a real bass in a song. How do I achieve this in Kontakt? I did find some controls but they made no difference.

Is there some sort of "filter" command or section where I can block various CC messages?

Thanks, but I am talking about release times, not volume!

Hello,

normally there is already an envelope connected to the main vol, you can use modulators like described here:
