Issues with wavetable import in Massive XL

Hi,

A couple of issues with importing wavetable folders in Massive XL:

Content is rescanned on both import and removal of a folder, and again on DAW start when inserting Massive XL for the first time. Maybe it could be rescanned only once when the wavetable folder dialog is closed, and only if anything has changed since last scan?

Only the first level of added folders is scanned for wavetable content. it would be nice if all subfolders were scanned.
