Massive XL - Cart price issue for upgrade

pnutbutta

There is still an issue with the upgrade price for owners of Massive X. I am getting the "new customer" price of $99.

In your youtube trailer video, you have listed:

Massive XL intro pricing:
Update for Massive X customers: $49
Crossgrade from Massive: $79
New customers: $99

Ok so I think the trick/workaround is to make sure your cart is clear, and while logged in, add to cart at that point. Trying to log in AFTER you add to cart, does NOT adjust the cart.

I ran into this earlier today, when I first looked at the Massive XL page.

The site said that there may be a cheaper price available if I log in, so I did - but the price remained the same (even though I have Massive X).

I thought nothing of it until I noticed the comments under NI's YouTube promo video, complaining about having to pay $50 to upgrade, which made me realise I should have seen a discount.

I then ran Native Access, just to make sure all was up-to-date. After I'd done that, logging in to the main site again did give me the correct discounted price.

I've tried everything but still £89

It's ridiculous this really

Calculated

I own Massive X and Massive, shown in native Access and in my licenses, and the price is still $99 for me. Crazy.

Well, it works somehow, but first go to main page after you log in, then find Massive XL in shop and then enter it. Price will be proper then.

BUT… Sorry to say, but I it's a joke anyway. PhasePlant, Pigments, MSoundFactory, Falcon, Serum - all of these (and of course not only, these are only examples) super synths have free upgrade policy for existing users. It's kind of standard these days. I'll stay with Massive X.

Philippe

I see today 79, before it was 99. If I wait more, will I get 49€ displayed ?

Very strange
