Kontakt 7 update to 8 with a update buy in a website instrument dealer

Hi

I BUY AN UPDATE OF Kontakt 8 in a web site of an instrument dealer (Woodbrass)

( I made that because I have a gift card in their site )

They said that if I have the Seven version it's ok with the ! version update.

So I receive my licence key. How I can make the update?

OK.  Then alas then you will need N.I. Support to tell you exactly why the key does not work , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.

And you are sure that what you have is Kontakt 7 full version and not Kontakt Player ?

Else then ask either seller or N.I. Support whoever you think is most appropriate.   If NI Support discover that you are having the wrong type of product update key then you will have to take it up with seller anyway.
