Kontakt 8 crashes with external midi-clock

Kontakt 8 alsways crashes while loading new presets when it is connected to external midi-clock (from BOSS rc-505 mk2 looper). It happens either via interface or directly via usb. The tempo is exactly received. But the Kontakt is always struggling. Anyone else with the same experience and maybe with a solution? thanks

@DK# Are you sure it only sends MIDI clock? Have you checked with MIDI monitor? https://support.native-instruments.com/support/solutions/articles/69000880040-how-to-monitor-the-output-of-a-midi-controller

Could you share the crashlog here? Have you contacted support already?
