MK3 S61 does not connect to Kontakt 8, 7 or Komplete Kontrol

Hi, i am having trouble using my keyboard, my kontakts do no not pair to the midi keyboard, and I have tried everything, uninstall, update, restart… But it does not allow me to use the midi, or browse presets… sometimes it allows me to play without any control from the midi, but after 10 minutes, it stops working

@Samuelbarrera11 Just as @Matthew_NI mentioned, maybe you should also check the following:

Since you mention it seems to work and then stops working, power or data transfer could be at play, if you have an antivirus or firewall active, maybe try disconnecting it for test purposes. And of course if none of this helps you should get in touch with our support here:

Make sure you've installed everything, including the latest versions of Kontakt 7, 8, Komplete Kontrol 3, and NI Hardware Connection Service and the latest keyboard firmware.
