i recently purchased the akai gen 2 key 37 and have to admit it is everything i wanted out of my native instruments eco system. with ni in financial difficulties and my maschine+ collecting dust i decided to finally make the jump.
last i heard (i dont keep up), in music were looking at taking on ni? now imagine this…. akai use their processing power of their gen 2 hardware and make a komplete version ?
the akai has changed my life and way i do things, its truly an amazing piece of kit, i would love to have all of my komplete sounds and software in an all in one portable box with pads and keys and the power of the gen 2 mpc, i am a komplete ultimate owner and its a shame i have to buy all the libraries again.
