I am noticing an issue in leap expansions like progressive trance where there are some knobs with multiple host assignments attached to them.
For example the volume knob for an individual sound will also affect the quantize parameter
The cutoff knob will change the sound group selection
I was able to remove the additional parameters in the host automation tab (it is a shame the presets have this double parameter assignment out of the box) but it led me to another issue.
I am unable to drag host parameters to knobs to assign them in any leap instrument, even when building one from scratch.
I can use the Add 6 MIDI Knobs feature in the KSP tab, and use the midi learn to map the midi control to a knob/parameter, but every parameter only seems to be assigned to group 1, no matter which sample group I am viewing in the leap instrument.
For example I can map a midi automation control to the Volume parameter of the sample in the first sample group slot, but if I try to map the Volume knob from any other sample, it maps to group 1.
Is this a limitation of the leap engine? I see in the Leap progressive trance presets host automation tab that parameters for all 16 sample groups are mapped to their various groups. I am unable to map any parameters from anything other than the first sample group.
