Traktor Scratch Pro 2 re-install / Can't log in in my NI account

Hi guys, need some help.


A good few years back in I bought a Traktor Kontrol Z2 and installed the software, and everything has been running fine. I've been using the same laptop but I think it needs a complete reset, I'm having trouble logging into my original NI account.


It seems my e-mail has been removed or something, as I've tried to reset password that did not come through, but it let me set up this new account with the same e-mail.


My log ins are not connected to another e-mail, as I last received a e-mail from Native Instruments to advise of a update to Traktor 2 from November 2017.


I still have the serial number, activation key and system ID.


Any help is apprecciated

    Thanks Jeremy, back up and running now thanks to the legend Julia at NI, can't wait to get my X1 delivered
