Kontakt 8 Phrases Tool midi drag issue

Question

When using a phrase from the Phrase Tool in, say, Em - the phrase can be played across the keyboard while the Phrase Tool does a nice job of maintaining the relative key. Ok. So if the Key of the phrase is , say, C and you begin the phrase from F on your keyboard the Phrase will be transposed up a 4th but relative to Em. All good.

However, if you drag the midi onto your DAW it plays back in the original key of C. Transposing the phrase up a 4th and telling logic to transpose the notes to Em (the original key) results in nothing like the phrase that was played via Kontakt Phrases Tool. Why is this?

And is there no way to drag the phrase from the last triggered note?

this is how it works, you could only try to record the midi from kontakt but you have to enable that in the  settings "engine" page "send midi to outside world", "script generated notes". But i don´t know if you can route that in logic to the instrument track or a midi track.
