Creator Tools is unable to pull group information from instruments loaded in Kontakt 8. It works fine with Kontakt 7 and 6. Basically I can't use any of my Lua scripts to create instruments for Kontakt 8.
What version of Kontakt 8 exatly? Is it the full version or the Player version?

my creator tools 1.5.2 only connect and extract ksp with Kontakt 8.9
since since 8.10 it only connect but extract nothing.
is there a new version? if not something is broken with kontakt.
