Hi. I recently purchased RX12 as my first Native Instruments software. I have downloaded the package, activated it on my computer and with iLok but whenever I try to use it in devinci it still tells me to activate it. I can't find my serial number to do it manually, and the project portal will not work. But it works on Logic so am I missing something?
