After upgrade the motherboard Bios version, the problem was fixed and now it works great!

I don't own this, but some online readings revealed that Pharlight seems to pretty CPU intensive in general.
Have you tried playing around with the CPU-related Engine settings? (Click the cogwheel icon → Engine)

It doesn't affect.
I have a friend who has a computer with cpu i5, 16GB RA and it works very well for him!
I don't know where my problem is :/
