can you provide me how I use the Touchbar, settings and where in my DAW Ableton Suite 12 I can control ist, the same to Aftertouch. I am absolutely a beginner in Native Instrument Ecoystem.

For the touchstrip, that is essentially just a MIDI CC control you can setup as any other MIDI control. It is configured to a MIDI channel and CC number within the keyboard settings. See page 83 of the manual:

Beyond that, you would need to do some research in how to use MIDI parameters within Live
Aftertouch depends on the instrument loaded as not all instruments work with AT. There should be nothing to setup for that, AT is just another value that is recorded with notes when you play often called "Channel Pressure". As you hold a key and apply pressure it should affect the sound of the instrument and if recording in Live, that should be captured in the clip automatically. The only setting for this is within the keyboard settings you can set AT to Polyphonic (separate aftertouch signal per key), monophonic (aftertouch on any key affects the whole instrument) or off (no AT recorded)
