When I want to choose a preset I can’t. The Packs as e.g. Hybrid Keys are shown on the left, but when I click on them, under „All Presets“ nothing changes like a bug, only one preset is there like freezed. Same problem in Kontakt 7&8

maybe you have set it to show the user presets, a little man sign on the upper right. Or you have set the favorites filter right from it, a star sign, without having defined some favourites.

No, it’s more like a bug. The “All presets” is like freezed whatever I do.
It's not a known bug if it is one at all - working fine for me. Post a screenshot of what you mean because your report is a bit unclear
btw in Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol 'All presets' only shows when you have no actual instrument tile selected - so that might be your problem. Select for example the tile for Hybrid Keys and it should change to 'All Banks' (or just the preset list if there are no banks) and show just the presets for that instrument (assuming you are not in the user section in which case it would only show presets you have saved yourself)

OK you are definitely in factory view so it's not that - have you granted Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol full disk access?

So it wasn't granted before? That is a common cause of this sort of problem.
Try running an database rescan in settings (will take a while if it couldn't access them before)
If that doesn't work might be an install problem. Have you moved anything? Are they saying they are fully installed in Native Access? Or do they need repairing?
look, it worked for years normally, but when I opened Komplete Kontrol a few days ago, this bug was there. I already reinstalled everything possible but nothing works also when asking the support for help. It is not about the mac because the rest works normally (new mac btw)
Sure but if full disk access was not granted before then a rescan might still be necessary to update the database.

yes my bet, I ment I never had problems on my old desktop and on the four month old mac until last week too. I already did a rescan, also after granting. But I think that I will try to call the support somehow tomorrow, because nothing helps whatever I do

There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.
Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help ,else the ticket will close.
