Komplete Kontrol S88 MK3 Not Sending MIDI Data

Hi everyone!

Hopefully a straightforward one. My new S88 MK3 kind of 'half works' - it will send data to my computer and interact with the parameters of NKS instruments through the dials and knobs, but the keys themselves do not respond and no MIDI data is being received by the computer (including CC data). I've checked the latter using MIDI View and nothing is coming through.

I've tried a few different USB C to USB C cables, connected them directly to the computer, to two different hubs, and have added a secondary power supply to the keyboard, just in case. Still the same outcome as is hopefully clear in the video.

Many apologies. I've somehow managed to resolve it myself by updating the keyboard driver through Windows Device Manager.

Hopefully somebody else can try this method if they encounter the same issue!
