As title explains. Cannot see the Kontakt or Massive VSTs in Komplete Kontrol. They do appear in Ableton and just usable as separate apps and VSTs. Komplete Kontrol also runs in Ableton but cannot find other VSTs there too. Same in standalone version. I tried, cleaning app support folders, uninstalling and reinstalling all these apps. Running KK in rosetta mode (which only allowed it to search for VST2s) relocating VST3 folder, rescaning, nope i doesn't work. Photos below will have all the info needed. Looking for help, thank you in advance.
Solved it, it was about rollbackBackupDirectory1-2-3 named folders in VST3 folder. When i moved them somewhere else. Now KK sees everything.
Does Komplete Kontrol have full disk access? https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415601248657-How-to-Enable-Full-Disk-Access-on-macOS
Have you tried to rescan the plugins?
You should also try to reset Komplete Kontrol's database:
Thank you @Jeremy_NI . Yes i deleted Kontrol's database couple times before, yes Kontrol and other related softwares have the full disc access. All done while i was able to reach hidden folders already. But still, can see the libraries, but cannot play via Kontrol. It serves just like, Native Access you are able to see what you got and thats all. When i click on instruments i still get the same warning message as shown on the screenshots.
Ok, I see my colleagues from support got back to you, please continue the troubleshooting there.
NI really need to replace that stupid error message with something more useful like "plugin not located' - this is nothing to do with Apple Silicon compatibility and all that does is make people panic and try running it in Rosetta mode, which makes things worse as then many more plugins won't load if they switch back but don't rescan them.
