What are some of the good synths in the users forum? All I have is an FM synth and an organ with a leslie.

That sounds odd. Reaktor comes with a fair number of ensembles called Factory Library.

I try to use the text info for the knobs and explain what they do. Like fm12, I went to play with it after 3 months and forgot what was what. But elaborating in the info on what it does and how it works brings it all back. I usually write the text info down because it helps me think what it's for and how to use it before doing the code. Otherwise I turn into a rooster and don't know which way to point my pecker. lol

happily i think we're already pretty good on that front. i already did a fair job on the tooptips from when catman dude got his version

also more generally tooltips allow bold build choices, when you have some control too complicated for its function to be indicated by its name usually you'd usually have to just not include it, tooltips lets you put that stuff back in with a note about what they do

i never label stuff for my own sake, at some annoyance in figuring it all out again

I do the same thing. Know I'll forget what each thing does. Seems I'm losing my mind sometimes. Of course the depends on whether I had one to start with. lol BTW, I finally got FM12 to sound like sympathetic resonance. Boy that's nice when you step on the sustain pedal and all of these overtone gradually build up in volume, very cool. Now that I got some patches going for that I'm gonna upload it in the UL. That's really the only reason I made it to begin with. Back if the 80's, FM was a big change but the good samplers put a damper on that. However good samplers can be drab do to the fact they are fixed samples. Even the ones that have a separate sample for pedal down. It helps and sounds pretty good like that. But with this added in, it adds a touch of vibrato to the sympathetic resonance that fades in as the notes fade away. Pretty nice really. I think I have tool tips on everything but I'm going to double check before I upload it. That way if someone else wants to customize it to blend with their sampler, they should be able to figure it out. I'll probably put in the upload to ask questions on things that aren't obvious and answer from time to time. Is there a way to get a notification if some one asks a question or makes a comment in the UL?

Oh god yes. that first injection really made me sick and that really helped. I just got this falls injection two days ago and I didn't have a reaction. How about you, are you able to get your vaccines easily?
