I updated to the latest version...

Can't find an aftertouch tool in Kontakt.

Can anybody help me out?

strange, after the installation yesterday it wasn't there, today it is...

I just played around a couple of minutes but I can't hear any difference 🙈

you need to load an instrument that supports it like fables or ashlight

thank you, how do I know which Kontakt Instrument is compatible with aftertouch?

In the new kontakt browser you can set this as filter (character) and you then only get presets from instruments with PAT. You can also enter aftertouch in the search bar.

I don't think that is very reliable - it depends on someone having entered that tag - but there's no way to know if all poly aftertouch supporting Kontakt instruments were given that tag

At least it works with the native instruments stuff but maybe then read the description before buying a new 3rd party instrument or read the manual could help too. Or maybe ask AI.
