Separate MIDI Routing/Mappings for Kontakt 8 Player Libraries in FL 2025?

Hi everyone,

I’m running into a workflow issue with Kontakt 8 in FL Studio 2025 and was hoping someone might have a solution.

I want to save unique MIDI CC mappings and routing for different Kontakt libraries as separate .fst presets (for example, one preset for a Strings library and another for Brass). My goal is for each preset to have its own permanent hardware links.

The Problem:FL Studio's "Override Generic Links" system seems to tie hardware mappings to the plugin's binary identity (the.vst3 or.dll file). Because every instance of Kontakt 8 uses the same file, my mappings for one library overlap with or completely clear the mappings for the others.

Hello,

to use komplete kontrol could be a solution, with it you also mapp just the same knobs from FL studio to kk but inside of kk you map then what you need from kontakt to the first 8, 16 or whatever knobs you need. Another way could be to change the host mapping within kontakt also to the first knobs.
