I purchased my kontrol s49 mk3 brand new ive wanted this piece of equipment for a while and finally got it! I was really excited to use it but when I got it up and running Ifound out very quickly that the G#2 to C3 wouldn't funtion at all. has anyone experienced this? ive tried everything factory reset uninstalled reinstalled switched from midi2 back to midi1 and back again. I have latest firmware. is it possible its just a defective keyboard? ive reached out to native instruments but I havent heard anything back yet. im assuming its because I messaged them on a Friday. in the meantime has anyone else had this issue? were you able to fix it?
