I have checked all standard requirements: * The product is NOT on sale. * It is NOT an update, upgrade, or crossgrade. * It is NOT a bundle. Voucher from Kontakt 8 purchase not working for Prime Bass

I recently purchased Kontakt 8 and received a €99 voucher. I am trying to use it to buy "Session Bassist – Prime Bass" (Regular price €99), but the shop says the code is not applicable.

@Bram Bam It's definitely possible and my colleagues already got back to you. There was just a problem with certain vouchers issued earlier. If anyone has a similar issue, an invalid voucher, even though you're in line with the terms and conditions, please get in touch with our support and they will fix it for you: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

It is however - an NKS partner product. This is also usually a disqualification historically.

Would be good to see the actual text on the voucher to understand what constitutes a valid product.

The full text from the e-voucher conditions (linked from the Kontakt 8 product page):

"It is NOT valid on updates, upgrades, crossgrades, edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products, or products that are part of a special offer"

I didn't realize that this was a partner product. Unfortunately, that rules out a lot of options that I was interested in. Is there a possibility to filter the search?

That would certainly be useful, if the site could show you only the products which qualify. It'd save a lot of time.

Not exactly sure how this changes anything.

There are tons of partner products offered on the store. Exactly none of them qualify for a voucher.

@Tho @Vocalpoint It is made in collaboration with Big Wave Audio but, from what I understand, it is a Komplete instrument that will eventually be included in a bundle, like all the Session Guitar and Bass products. Please wait for my colleagues for the last word on that.

Not sure what is happening with your voucher. So far you only had an automatic reply. My colleagues will get back to you with either a solution or an explanation. Thanks for your patience.

Prime Bass has been part of Komplete since v14 - so inclusion in a bundle cannot be why it's failing.

If the Session instruments are now fair game for vouchers - that is new to me. Curious to know what the cause is for the OP.

I was planning to do the same thing. Buy Kontakt 8 to upgrade and buying the Prime Bass with the voucher that comes along with the Kontakt 8 upgrade.

But now I want to know if that's possible. Because like @Tho i thought it Would be possible..

Also if there's a lot NOT possible with a voucher, maybe there can be a list what IS possible with that voucher.
