I have called for Jeremy_NI in the above (adding it to your post in the above). Jeremy_NI has not been here in the weekend and the holidays but will probably respond today or tomorrow , please give him time to arrive here…

It sounds like a hardware problem. Does the key consistently send a high value (eg 127) or does it vary over the range? A good test is to download and install something like MIDI-OX that will let you see the MIDI key velocities. Is the keyboard still under warranty?

@REALE_㐅ONU㐅 Is it happening in A DAW? In Komplete Kontrol in standalone? With any instruments? Please check in standalone, you can also check MIDI activity with this: How to Monitor the Output of a MIDI Controller

On March 25th my colleagues asked for the following in order to process your case:

Full legal name
Current shipping address
Phone number
Device ID (not the 25 digit Hardware Serial Number) for the unit in question (located ON THE BOTTOM of the unit printed on the same label as the bar code, it e.g. starts with: 3S4..., 8K3..., 61K..., KS2..., etc.)
Hardware Serial Number (25 digit number located ON THE BOTTOM of the unit)
Brief description of the issue (why you are returning it)
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice in PDF form). (Required for warranty cases)

It seems you didn't send this information back to my colleagues. Please get back to them with the information requested.
