Hi guys,
New issue. The keyboard is detected by Ableton, firmware update OK, displayed native vst on the screen. But, no midi message sent to the Mac. If I well remembered, issue appeared after update of the OS. Thanks !
@Henri44 Try to disconnect the keyboard, open your Audio & MIDI setup, found in Applications > Utilities, open MIDI Studio, delete the Kontrol MK3 entry there (hilight and press the delete key). Reconnect the keyboard, a new entry should show up, open the Komplete Kontrol standalone application again, is the MIDI back?
@Henri44 What if you open Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Can you browse, load, play and control a preset there?
Can you check in the MIDI input preferences that the Kontrol MK3 (Main) is selected as an input?
Do Ableton and Komplete Kontrol both have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Hi,
Yes, I could load, browse in standalone an hear the preset. However, no signal to the Mac e.g; no sound. The K MK3 is selected as main / input and full access given. Hope you will help me but, I won't make a "quick" update of MacOs anymore as I have so many troubles. There is a bug I guess. Thanks and cheers from France.
Does Ableton produce output if you program a pattern using the mouse? If not check permissions a check that it has permissions to access the microphone. System Settings/Privacy and Security/Microphone is where the setting should be. In fact, check that anyway.
Hi Jeremy, yes it works ! Thannnnnkkkkkkkkkkks
Glad that it worked out!
