Reaper 7 fails to load Ozone 12 Elements

Good day,

I've been trying to get Ozone 12 Elements to work with Reaper 7 DAW, but when I get Reaper to rescan for new VST plugin's, it fails. I've uninstalled Ozone with their new product portal, and reinstalled it several times. I've checked to make sure that Reaper is up to date. So far nothing has worked. Please help.

OK, So I figured out my problem. The Ozone 12 plug in is actually working, it was just showing up on a second display that wasn't on.
