I'm having trouble deauthorizing RX 11. The license I’ve been using was purchased by my former company. I originally thought the license was tied to my iLok key, but even though the key is no longer connected to my computer, RX products still work.
In the standalone version of RX 11 there doesn’t seem to be a deauthorize option, and I can no longer access the iZotope portal using my former company’s email.
Could someone please help me resolve this issue? I would prefer to avoid contacting my former company if possible.
