Kontakt 8 previews don't play (some)

Hi.
I can not get some of my Kontakt 8 libraries to hear previews sounds in library browser. It works fine in Kontakt 7 though. For example "The Grandeour", and all piano libraries like Grant, Maverick or George Duke, Scarbee Pianos and basses…

Middle East preview doesn't work on both Kontakt version at all but woks fine in Komplete Kontrol.

I tried to reinstall previews and cleanning Kontakt database - didn't help.

Chances are pretty good you may have differences in the configuration of the MIDI and Audio preferences in the different versions of Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol.

Its all the same. Just checked it.
But I didn't mention ealier (sorry!) that it works fine in standalone instances.
The problem occurs when I load it as a vst instrument in DAW. And most of libraries previews working fine so it can't be any audio setup issue because non of it would work then.
I use Cubase 15 pro.

@moozaw Make sure that the Preview library is installed in Native Access. For some older products the preview samples are installed via this library. It looks like this in Native Access:

Preview library is installed. And for some reason it sometimes works fine. I didn't find why and when or what my steps are before it starts working. Weird. If I notice any variable that can cause it I will come back here for sure :)

That could indicate permission issues. Try running Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt and your DAW as admin: How to Run a Program as an Administrator
