Session Guitarist Electric Ruby Deluxe - percussive sounds too loud

Question

I was really excited about a Session Guitar with some Jazz patterns. Unfortunately, though the percussive elements (when the right hand damps the strings and/or touches the pickups) add to the realism, in many patterns (e.g. 44 Jazz Comp) they are much too loud. They are nearly as loud or louder as the chords played themselves. This is not realistic and makes the pattern pretty unusable.

I assume that this can not be fixed easily by the user and must be done by NI ?
