At launching, Kontakt 8 asks to activate and I have not access to my activation key on NI Server in my account.
I do not understand why I have to activate again.
Starting with Kontakt 8.8, macOS 13 is no longer supported. This could be a side effect of it.
What is the last version supported on macOS 13 and how may I download it ?
I have not the problem on my MacBook Pro Tahoe.
The other problem is that I cannot see my activation keys on the NI Server/ My account
You can see the product key in your account License transfer page , but that will not help because you can not register the same product key twice to the same account. (it's not a matter of registering the key to your account when already registered)(please discern between product registration and product activation , you can activate the product more times).
You can uninstall the present Kontakt 8 version , then reboot and then install and activate the previous version that you can download from Account downloads

Also be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Another important note to remember - Native Access handles ALL your activations - not launching Kontakt. If you are actually seeing this message when launching Kontakt - you have other issues to address.

Native Access shows Kontakt 8 to install.
I run Install and it works.
In Native Acces Kontakt 8 is again to install but in macOS the application exists. If I run it I am asked to enter Activation key. I enter it and I am asked again to activate.
I uninstall with Cleanmymac.
I install with Native Access. Installation OK as shows screenshot, but rapidly is to install.
I run Kontakt 8. Same activation message.
I enter activation key. OK
I get again the activation prompt.
You can not register the same product key twice to the same account. E.g. try uninstalling the present Kontakt 8
Then reboot
Then download Kontakt 8 version 8.7.2 from Account downloads and then manually install it , then run Native Access to activate but do not update beyond the compatibility of your OS. Please check Kontatk 8 release info ! , Ref. : *As of Kontakt 8.8, macOS 13 is no longer supported. Future updates may prevent installation below macOS 14.
If Kontakt 8.7.2 then still needs activation then try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access, especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and Kontakt 8 product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps.
It does not work.
MacOS is 13.
I do not know what to do.
Please be more specific as what you have done and what does not work , and include a screenshot of any errors.
Also , have you double checked that you have given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access. ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
