Super 8 doesn't work

Super 8 always asks for activation when opened, but activation is not possible.

Logic Pro 12.0.1, Mac Book Pro M4

I uninstalled, reinstalled, and so on… how can I fix this?

Submit a ticket to customer support for a fix.

I had a similar issue on Intel Mac and customer support after much trial and error they had to add a new license to my account.

Can't remember exactly what version however the S8 was showing blank in native access 2, the S8 R2 license included with my complete bundle had some how bugged on my side even when I got a new Intel Mac it still was bugged.

Are you using the version that needs Reaktor?

I believe the standalone version of Super 8 was retired a few years ago.
