impossible to downlad Kontackt 8.8

Hello !

on one computer
I have 8.8 and on the one for music, with the same account only 8.1 is possible so I don't have access to some instuments like Neon Session Guitarist I just bought

On the website with the same account I have to pay for 8.8…

How can I do please ?

If you are not seeing Kontaky v8.8.0 - your OS is out of date.
