I need my Rickenbacker bass to respond to my sustain pedal even if that's not meant for a bass. I just need it. Any ideas?
Are you referring to the Rickenbaker bass plugin or a real Rickenbacker bass?

I no longer have my Rickenbaker library installed so I can't verify it, but normally on most Bass libraries your sustain pedal just extends the length of the MIDI note being played, but I'm not sure what happens if you play a different note than the original one being sustained since I'm not sure if the library is polyphonic.
