When using knobs on S61 MK3 for NI VST's with xy pads, upon triggering new notes, xy parameters chan

When I'm using plugins like Ashlight, and I use the knobs on the komplete kontrol, to change xy parameters, those parameters jump when I play new notes. If I use my mouse to change the xy pad, new notes do not make parameters jump. So there is something wrong with the controller. Any thoughts to a fix on this?

We couldn't reproduce the issue in Komplete Kontrol or Kontakt in standalone. You didn't mention in what context this is happening, in Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol standalone, in a DAW, and in this case which DAW?

Can you also check a couple of things?

In Komplete Kontrol in standalone with the keyboard disconnected. Are there any MIDI CCs assigned to the knobs or buttons?

If there are assignments, use the little x to remove them.

Now with the keyboard connected, check the MIDI assignments on the keyboard itself by pressing SHIFT + BROWSER. By creating a new template you will reset the assignments to default.
