I'm currently having trouble opening the Session Guitarist plugins. Kontakt has the latest update. Does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it?

As I suspected. You have two choices:
https://www.native-instruments.com/en/account/downloads/
And revert these libraries back to their Kontakt v6 compatible versions and carry on.
If you choose #2 - remember that you can never go back into Native Access again and allow any updates to any of these Session Libraries or you will find yourself right back in this mess.

Judging by your post - if you are actually still using Kontakt 6.8 - and have gone into Native Access at all recently and “updated” ANY Session Guitarist libraries - these updates require Kontakt v8.7 (or higher)
You do not say exactly what you mean by “Session Guitarist does not open” so additional detail would help.
Hello, I'm specifically referring to the two Strummed Acoustic (1+2) libraries, which won't open with the following message (screenshot). They work fine with Player 8, but my live sets are the full version (from when the programs still opened).
