Komplete Kontrol Not Working, stuck on splash screen with 'Initializing GUI' and crashes in Ableton

I've been trying to get this working for ages and there's nothing working. Have uninstalled it over and over, done all the suggestions about this topic given by NI previously, deleted all the native instruments folders, user data, registry edits, common files folders, programdata folders, everything but nothing. This sucks and I don't know what it could be at all. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Hello

After installation, you must run Komplete Kontrol as stand alone first, so it will scan plugins, establish database etc. Only then you open it in a DAW.

This an easy one.. if you want t just get in.. go to task manager.. scroll until you see ni plugin.. I think that's naming convention.. then right click and kill the task.. you may or may not have to do it to a few plugins.. or go to the event viewer. Select applications and see which .dll plugin is causing the problem
