Komplete Kontrol products don't show up after entering the serial number

Hi Guys

I purchased the Komplete Kontrol M32 and downloaded the Native Access Software. After entering the Serial Number of my product nothing shows up in My Library, I have been waiting for hours and entered the code several time without anything happening.

Does anyone knows why this is happening and what I can do?

The Komplete M32 is a simple MIDI keyboard. As such it doesn't show up in Native Access which manages software. You simply connect it to your computer via a USB connection and then run Native Instruments libraries that have been registered in Native Access then under the control of either Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol either alone or inside a DAW you can play that instrument using your M32 keyboard. Hope that helps.

Hi DunedinDragon, thanks for your reply, while it's true that I can just simply plug- in and use, it still came with a serial code which states, your products are now available in your library, however nothing shows up, not even the Komplete Kontrol Software. The manual reads: Install the KOMPLETE KONTROL software, individual KOMPLETE Instruments and Effects, and MASCHINE Essentials.

I have now downloaded the KOMPLETE KONTROL software from the store but it comes with no additional instruments and effect, also the machine essentials are missing. I'm not sure what to do, checked again this morning, still nothing in my library.

There appear to be some kind of misunderstanding here.

Registering the hardware serial should yield one or more emails with information about how to get your software , check the compare page to see what software is listed as coming with your keyboard.

Part of the confusion is that when the bundle were Komplete 14 Select then indeed the software would have been added automatically to your account but after that NI made the Komplete 15 Select bundle range then the Komplete 15 Select now comes in three 'flavors' where you first have to choose which 'flavor' that you want. For that to happen then upon registration then NI sends you an email with a voucher to get the Komplete 15 Select that you want for free in the NI shop. Also you should receive instruction on how to get Ableton Live Lite.

Registering the hardware will result in you getting emails(s) from NI with codes to get the DAW Ableton Live Lite and a voucher redeem code to get Komplete Select 15 for zero. If you didn't get the emails then check email spam folder .

You are supposed to go to the N.I. site and buy the Komplete 15 Select of your choice for zero using the voucher code , when bought then Komplete 15 Select should then be added to your account and the bundle content added in the Native Access library. (a reboot might be required)

If still no luck finding the code for the K 15 Select then contact N.I. Support(all)
