Selling kk s88 mk2

hi. I purchased a mk3 a while back and want to sell/donate my mk2. However, it’s not clear to me what I need to do to transfer any eligible minimal licenses to make it usable by someone else. I saw the license transfer faq which says to transfer just the hardware license… but I don’t see an entry for the mk2 in my list of licenses.

Please advise!

Hello,

then you maybe did not register it, have you had another keyboard before and that way you just could use the mk2 or at some point i can´t remember komplete users got komplete kontrol software. That at least would explain it. Have you checked under license transfer, just try to do a transfer just don´t finish it, look for the mk2 license.

The mk2 is the first midi controller I’ve had. I’m pretty sure it came with some software.. but not sure what. I also purchased Maschine+ around the same time.

Then it's maybe better to ask support, they can have a look into your account and tell you exactly what to transfer. I clearly have S49 MK3 HW in my account and before I sold it I had A49 HW in my account and that I transferred to the buyer after I sold it to him.

any idea how to get to support? I just end up in a circular reference back to the same articles about how to transfer and the page where to do it.

Normally the chatbot makes some suggestions, you answer always that didn't help, cause you already tried it all, them at some point you should be able to create a ticket - at least it worked that way last time I used it.
