A lot of the archived user library is in older Absynth formats including .glo (from Absynth 1-3) and .ksd (Absynth 4) and these cannot be imported into Absynth 6 without first being converted in Absynth 5. So I have converted them all to Absynth 6 compatible versions, added some extra tagging, added author names and patch notes, and added previews.

Also just for Komplete Kontrol users they are collected into a main bank ('Absynth User Library') and Sub banks for each bank (Absynth 6 doesn't support sub banks though).
You need to drop the unzipped UL folder into the Absynth 6 user content folder (if you don't know where that is just clickthe 3 dots menu and go to 'Show user content folder') - then rescan all sounds. keep them in the folders & subfolders they unzip to or they will lose their previews.
Some presets will need additional samples - I have collected them into a separate ZIP - those go in one of your designated Absynth samples folders (you can set up custom locations in settings, or just use the user samples content location)
Unfortunately some contributors to the User LibraryArchive could not include samples in their upload due to size limits - in some cases they added links to them but these are nearly all broken now. Being a magpie I had managed to snag a lot a long time ago and back them up, but there are some to track down still (eg the entire 'Heavenly drones' bank doesn't work due to missing samples and neither do some of the Simon Stockhausen ones) so if anyone has those please let me know. I left them in because hopefully they will turn up eventually (in which case I will update them), but they might also make good starting points if you want to experiment with alternative samples.
I did this before Xmas but have gone back and resaved them again to make them show under Absynth 6 in Komplete Kontrol and tidied up a few names. So a belated Merry Xmas pressie.
Thanks to all the people who contributed to the Absynth user library archive, there are some amazing patches here. I have posted this for the benefit of the community on the basis that these are uploaded already to a free archive, but if anyone really objects to me posting their bank please PM me and I will happily remove it.
