No sound previews in Komplete Kontrol

I have suddenly lost all the sound previews when scrolling plugin presets, sounds or samples in Komplete Kontrol. It was working fine 'till yesterday.

I have not updated anything.

I work with Mac OS Sequoia 15.0 and Komplete Kontrol 3.3.4

Once I load a instrument or preset everything works and sounds fine.

When I launch the standalone application of Komplete Kontrol I neither have sound previews.

I've reinstalled the "previews" item in Native Access.

Sound preview works fine on other computers of my team with same OS and KK version.

What can be happening?

If you are using the standalone app of KK, check in the Preferences > Audio tab and make sure the settings there are all correct.

Of course also make sure the preview volume slider is not muted or turned down (appears to be fine in your screenshot but not sure if that is your screenshot)

Yes, the screenshot is mine, a instance of KK opened in Logic Pro (it's how I mostly use it).

He I'm attaching a screenshot of the audio settings. Everything seems fine as far as I see.

Everything seems fine except for the version of Komplete Kontrol which is v3.5.3 as of this writing.

Any specific reason for the use of v3.3.4?

And - what specific instrument are you expecting preview for in your screencap?

Some libraries simply do not have previews.

We're using 3.3.4 since we are several collaborators in the team, so we keep all the software in the same version for ase of sharing projects. It is pretty actual so I guess that should not be a problem.

I don't have sound preview for any of the instruments or presets.

It was working perfect till some days ago. It is working fine in the other machines of the team.

Well it is clear that something has changed if it was working one day and then not the next.

Computers cannot simply start deciding not to do something all by themselves.

Hope you find the cause. It will most likely be obscure.
